DevOps Engineer

About the job:

 ProofLabs is seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team. This remote position allows you to work on financial projects, focusing on automating and enhancing our infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and deploy fixes.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Implement and manage security best practices across the infrastructure.

Your Experience:

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Proficiency in German is an advantage.
